Make a positive impact on the lives of children this summer! This is a fun and rewarding role for individuals who enjoy working with children and fostering their social growth. Counselors work with small groups of children aged 3.5 to 11, leading engaging athletic and creative activities, including swimming. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, energy, patience, and stamina. 💪😊

Job Description

• Lead and assist small groups of children through diverse activities such as swimming, arts & crafts, sports, drama, and group games.
• Plan and execute activities around weekly themes, engaging campers in fun, creative experiences.
• Contribute to a positive, nurturing, and stimulating camp atmosphere.
• Work from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or 6:00 pm.

• Activities include water games, swimming, arts & crafts, field trips, sports, drama, and group games.
• Each week’s activities revolve around a different theme, with staff actively involved in planning and execution. Creativity is very welcome! 🎨🎭

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory.
• Previous, positive experience working with children aged 3-11 is required.
• Personable, energetic (must participate fully in all camp activities), responsible, team-oriented, and creative candidates are ideal.
• Skills in one or more areas such as dance, sports, theater, or singing are highly desirable.

Additional Details for Summer Camp (June 23 – August 22)

Includes one week of training from June 17 to 20. The same core values and qualifications apply.
