Tessa International School is a dynamic international school located in Hoboken, New Jersey, just a quick subway ride from Manhattan, New York. 🎓

• Enrolling students from early childhood through 3rd Grade, with plans to expand to 5th grade.
• Preschool accredited by the French Ministry of National Education; seeking accreditation for elementary levels.
• Currently accredited by the International Baccalaureate (IB).

Summer Camps: "Fun, Friends, and Discoveries" are language immersion experiences in Spanish, French, or Mandarin! 🌏 Children engage in multisensory, interactive activities—outdoor play, creative indoor activities, singing, games, music, and movement—learning languages while experiencing different cultures.

Job Details

We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Summer Camp Mandarin Teacher to join Team Tessa during our summer camp! ☀️

• Teaching Mandarin to children aged 2 to 10 years old.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 4:00PM.
• Camp Duration: 9 weeks, from June 29th to August 28th.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience teaching children aged 2-10 years old.
• Native Mandarin speaker.
• Ability to conduct full immersion Mandarin classes for both Tessa students and external children.
• Strong communication and lesson planning skills.
• Capacity to manage children's behavior and promote a respectful, caring environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Employment Details

• Duration: 1 to 3 months.
• Work Location: In person in Hoboken, NJ 07030.
• Salary: $990.00 per week.
• Work Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
• Employment Type: Temporary, Contract, or Full-time.
