🔹 Job Details

• Language Requirement: Bilingual English/Mandarin required
• Start Date: Rolling from January 2026
• Position Type: 1099 Freelance (FFS)
• Schedule: Therapy hours from 8am to 3am ET, 7 days a week
• Commitment: Minimum 8 hours per week, with flexibility based on student volumes. Summer hours available but not mandatory.

🧑‍⚕️ Who We're Looking For

• Licensed independent therapists fluent in Mandarin, licensed in California
• Remote work within the U.S., eager to serve diverse student populations
• Compassionate, motivated, and dedicated to making mental health care accessible

🕒 Work Weeks & Hours

Availability of at least 8 hours per week during the academic year with flexible scheduling based on demand.

💰 Compensation

• $95 per 60-minute intake session
• $80 per 45-minute follow-up session
• $30 for no-show appointments
• $60/hr for attending monthly training & meetings

🚀 As a Mantra Licensed Therapist, You Will:

• Deliver evidence-based virtual therapy (e.g., CBT, MI, ACT, DBT) tailored to college students' needs
• Use our advanced collaboration portal for seamless client engagement
• Partner with campus providers, supervisors, and peers to ensure holistic care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Work with our administrative team to support student outreach and resource provision
• Collaborate during critical scenarios to optimize patient outcomes
• Become an expert in our unique care model and refine your therapeutic skills continually

🎯 Who You Are

• Hold an active clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC) in California
• Multi-state licensure is a plus; support provided for additional licenses
• Experienced in conducting biopsychosocial assessments with clear diagnosis
• Skilled in treatment planning and managing diverse student populations
• Adept at handling risk scenarios effectively
• Equipped with a reliable laptop/desktop, quality webcam, and stable internet for virtual therapy
