Job Overview

As a Mandarin Interpreter, you will support live communication between English and Mandarin speakers across various domains including customer service, healthcare, government, travel, and emergency services. Your expertise will help bridge language barriers effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret live phone conversations covering:
  • Customer service
  • Healthcare & insurance
  • Government & utilities
  • Travel-related matters
  • Emergency services (including 911 calls)

This role is fully remote, requiring a quiet and secure workspace to ensure high-quality interpretation services.

Working Hours & Shift Details

• 8 hours per day with a 1-hour break 🕑
• 40 hours per week
• Night shift 🌙
• Start times vary between 8 PM to 12 AM
• Shift rotation every 3 months
• 2 rotating off-days weekly
• Must be able to work on public holidays (24/7 operation) 🎉
