Job Overview

As a Mandarin Interpreter, your primary responsibility is to facilitate real-time conversations between English and Mandarin speakers. You will interpret live phone calls across various sectors, including:

• Customer service
• Healthcare & insurance
• Government & utilities
• Travel-related matters
• Emergency services (including 911 calls)

This position is entirely remote, requiring a quiet, secure workspace at home to ensure clear and effective communication.

Working Hours 🕒

• 8 hours per day + 1-hour break
• Total of 40 hours per week
• Night shift with start times varying between 8 PM and 12 AM
• Shift rotation every 3 months
• Two rotating off-days weekly
• Availability to work on public holidays is required (24/7 operation)
