Job Overview

As a Mandarin Interpreter, you will provide real-time interpretation between English and Mandarin-speaking clients. Your responsibilities include live phone conversations across various industries such as:

• Customer Service
• Healthcare & Insurance
• Government & Utilities
• Travel-related Matters
• Emergency Services (including 911 calls)

This position is entirely remote, requiring a quiet and secure workspace at home to ensure clear and effective communication.

Working Hours

• Shift Duration: 8 hours/day + 1-hour break
• Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours/week
• Shift Type: Night shift 🌙
• Start Times: Vary between 8 PM and 12 AM
• Shift Rotation: Every 3 months 🔄
• Off Days: 2 rotating days off weekly
• Availability: Must be able to work on public holidays (24/7 operation) 🎉
