Job Overview

As a Mandarin Interpreter, you will support real-time communication between English and Mandarin speakers. Your role includes interpreting live phone conversations across various sectors, such as:

• Customer Service
• Healthcare & Insurance
• Government & Utilities
• Travel-Related Matters
• Emergency Services (including 911 calls)

This is a fully remote position that requires a quiet and secure workspace at home. 🏡

Working Hours

• 8 hours per day + 1-hour break
• Total of 40 hours per week
• Night shift
• Start times vary between 8 PM to 12 AM
• Shift rotation every 3 months
• 2 rotating off-days weekly
• Must be available to work on public holidays due to 24/7 operations
