Job Overview

As a Mandarin Interpreter, you will support live phone conversations between English and Mandarin speakers, ensuring smooth and accurate communication in various critical areas such as:

• Customer service
• Healthcare & insurance
• Government & utilities
• Travel-related matters
• Emergency services (including 911 calls)

This is a fully remote role requiring a quiet and secure workspace at home to effectively perform your duties.

Working Hours 🕒

• 8 hours per day + 1-hour break
• Total of 40 hours per week
• Night shift with start times varying between 8 PM and 12 AM
• Shift rotation every 3 months
• 2 rotating off-days weekly
• Must be available to work on public holidays as part of our 24/7 operation schedule
