Join our team as a Mandarin Interpreter (English & Mandarin) and facilitate seamless communication across diverse sectors from the comfort of your home in Malaysia. This is an exciting opportunity for those fluent in both languages to work remotely on a 12-month renewable contract, primarily during night shifts with scheduled rotations.

Position Overview

As a Mandarin Interpreter, you will provide real-time interpretation between English and Mandarin speakers, supporting live phone conversations across various critical fields, including:

• Customer Service
• Healthcare & Insurance
• Government & Utilities
• Travel-Related Matters
• Emergency Services (including 911 calls)

This role requires a quiet and secure workspace at home to ensure effective communication and confidentiality.

Working Hours & Shift Details

• 8 hours per day with a 1-hour break
• Total of 40 hours per week
• Night Shift: start times vary between 8 PM and 12 AM
• Shift rotations occur every 3 months
• Two rotating off-days weekly
• Availability to work on public holidays (24/7 operation)
