Position Overview

As a Mandarin Interpreter, you will facilitate real-time conversations between English and Mandarin speakers, ensuring clear and accurate communication. Your role covers interpreting live phone calls in diverse areas such as:

• Customer Service
• Healthcare & Insurance
• Government & Utilities
• Travel-Related Matters
• Emergency Services (including 911 calls) 🚑🚓

This position is fully remote, requiring a quiet, secure workspace at home.

Working Hours & Rotation

• 8 hours per day, plus a 1-hour break 🕗
• 40 hours per week
• Night shift
• Start times vary between 8 PM and 12 AM
• Shift rotations occur every 3 months 🔄
• Two rotating off-days weekly
• Availability to work on public holidays (24/7 operation) 🎉
