Candidate Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Mandarin
• Minimum 6 months interpretation experience preferred
• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills to ensure high accuracy
• Ability to render correct concepts and meanings following established interpretation protocols, avoiding omissions or additions
• Capability to explain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication, either with permission or at the client's request

Technical Requirements

• 90% proficiency in English
• Steady wired internet connection 🌐
