Your Impact 🚀
- Manage customer delivery and success at assigned Premium Support accounts within specified regions, ensuring product and service renewals.
- Lead and mentor a team of Premium Support employees in daily support activities, fostering effective communication and leadership.
- Collaborate with the Premium Support management team, Business Development Managers (BDM), and Sales Reps to identify and support new sales and upsell opportunities.
What The Role Entails 📝
- Understand account assignments, customer requirements, and renewal status.
- Lead a technical support team dedicated to delivering high customer satisfaction for Premium Support clients.
- Maintain regular communication with team members to support morale, motivation, and performance.
- Mentor staff in handling escalations and new customer requests.
- Partner with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Contribute to renewal forecasts and new business projections.
- Develop team members aligned with customer needs and company objectives.
- Conduct annual reviews and set strategic future goals.
- Monitor team performance and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Manage and resolve complaints involving direct reports.
- Ensure effective communication across teams and management levels.
What You Need To Succeed 🌟
- Deep knowledge of the Premium Support program, policies, and procedures.
- Strong communication and people management skills; personable and relationship-oriented.
- Proven leadership ability through organizational change.
- 2-4 years of support management experience; sales support experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation & Benefits 💼
This position offers a minimum annual salary of $106,100.00, complemented by a comprehensive benefits and healthcare package. Compensation will be aligned with skills and experience.
Salary range: $94,780 - $155,710. Actual salary may vary based on factors such as education, experience, location, and internal equity.
