E4E runs a comprehensive, multi-year model that empowers youth from underserved communities throughout Israel through academic enrichment, personal mentoring, and pathways to higher education and employment. Operating in over 30 locations, E4E serves more than 4,000 young people annually and collaborates with government bodies, academia, philanthropy, and industry partners.
Position Overview
🚀 E4E is seeking a passionate Manager of Resource Development & Partnerships (North America) to broaden its philanthropic network and strengthen institutional relationships across the U.S. This mid-level position is perfect for a development professional experienced in Jewish communal engagement, donor stewardship, and partnership cultivation. The role supports the strategic objectives of E4E’s Israel-based resource development team and offers substantial opportunities for growth and leadership within a dynamic, impact-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Donor & Partner Engagement (50%)
- Build and nurture relationships with individual donors, Jewish federations, foundations, synagogues, and community leaders.
- Represent E4E at online and in-person events across North America to increase awareness and support.
- Organize donor briefings, community presentations, parlor meetings, and visits to Israel.
- Development Operations & Support (30%)
- Conduct donor research, prepare proposals, communicate with donors, and manage grant reporting.
- Keep accurate records in CRM systems to track gifts, acknowledgments, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Israel-based development and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and material sharing.
- Strategic Insight & Coordination (20%)
- Provide insights into North American philanthropic trends and local opportunities.
- Support relationship-building with academic, communal, and philanthropic partners.
- Act as a key contact for local collaborators, facilitating meetings, follow-up, and project documentation.
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in donor relationship management.
- Knowledge of the Jewish philanthropic landscape in North America; familiarity with Boston-area charities is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with an Israel-based team.
- Tech-savvy, organized, detail-oriented; experience with CRM systems preferred.
- Passion for education, equity, and Israel.
- Fluent in English; Hebrew proficiency is an advantage.
Additional Details
- Employment Type: Full-time or part-time, offering flexibility based on experience.
- Work Arrangement: Fully remote for U.S.-based candidates, with occasional travel for donor visits or team seminars.
- Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience and location.
