The Role: Manager of Advanced Support - Bilingual Spanish 🌟
This remote role involves managing support operations, supporting resources, and collaborating across teams to refine support strategies. Key responsibilities include ensuring efficient issue resolution, escalating complex issues, and driving customer satisfaction. Occasional travel to South Africa and Colombia is required based on business needs.
Travel Requirement: Quarterly trips to South Africa and Colombia.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the advanced support team to deliver top-tier service
- Develop and implement support strategies aligned with company goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Monitor metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance and identify improvements
- Provide training and development for team members to enhance skills
- Serve as escalation point for critical support issues and customer inquiries
- Foster a customer-centric culture within the support team
- Manage remote teams based in South Africa and Colombia
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service/support role
- Minimum of 2 years managerial experience
- Proven ability to manage and improve support operations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities
- Familiarity with or experience in the telecom industry
