Team & Position Overview 🌟

The Manager Retail & Online Marketing within Nintendo of America’s Latin America team will be responsible for orchestrating product launches, marketing campaigns, and in-store events. The role aims to boost sales and consumer engagement with Nintendo products throughout Latin America.

Key Responsibilities 🚀

  • Develops pan-regional launch programs for hardware, software, and accessories including strategies, messaging, branding, and execution to elevate awareness and engagement.
  • Manages retail merchandising plans and continuously implements improvements.
  • Leads account-specific marketing plans with partners, encompassing advertising, promotions, merchandising, weekly ads, and retail.com.
  • Controls project and initiative budgets ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Coordinates cross-functional teams to align creative and merchandising efforts.
  • Delivers presentations on campaign strategies, creative concepts, key performance metrics, and marketing collateral to stakeholders.
  • Supervises agencies and teams on creative, merchandising, and culturally relevant communication projects.
  • Manages the implementation and maintenance of point-of-sale interactives regionally.

Qualifications & Requirements 🎯

  • 7+ years of experience in online merchandising, retail marketing, or related fields within Latin America.
  • Previous team management experience.
  • Proven expertise in product promotion, brand management, and creating marketing/promotional materials.
  • Strong proficiency with PC tools including Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Nintendo products and the video game industry is advantageous.
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Bilingual skills (verbal and written) in Portuguese preferred, with Spanish being a plus.

Additional Details ℹ️

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this role. The position is hybrid, based in Redmond, WA, requiring regular onsite presence per division guidelines. Fully remote options are not available at this time.

The role offers a salary range of $117,400 - $211,300 annually, with the potential for a semi-annual discretionary bonus, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off. For more details, visit our Benefits & Perks page.
