We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee product and campaign strategies for multiple artists and projects across the IGA Miami roster. This role requires excellent communication and coordination skills to keep projects on track while maintaining the artist's message and brand. The position offers a hybrid work schedule.
How You’ll Create ✨
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns for single and album launches
- Coordinate all aspects of the label group to ensure focus and progress on artist projects
- Collaborate with artists, managers, and marketing teams to shape and evolve artist brands
- Build strong relationships by understanding each artist's and management team's goals and processes
- Create project timelines, monitor key dates, and oversee timely delivery across departments
- Plan and coordinate special events aligned with album releases and tour dates
- Serve as a key liaison between artist management and the label
- Brainstorm, develop, and execute innovative marketing ideas
- Manage high-volume communication through calls, emails, and meetings
- Design and oversee advertising campaigns
- Manage quarterly budgets effectively
- Regularly communicate project statuses within the label
- Supervise and provide direction to the Marketing Coordinator
- Perform other duties as required

- Specialty in Musica Mexicana/Latin Music
- Fluent in Spanish (spoken, read, written)
- Degree in a related field preferred
- 4-5 years of marketing experience; music industry experience a plus
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, capable of managing heavy workloads under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of various label departments: digital, publicity, A&R, creative, production, promotion
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Creativity and willingness to think outside the box
- Willing to travel as needed
