Team & Position Summary 🚀
Within the Nintendo of America Latin America team, the Manager, Retail & Online Marketing will be responsible for designing and executing product launches, marketing campaigns, strategic calendars, and in-store events. The goal is to boost sales and raise awareness of Nintendo and its product lines throughout Latin America.
Key Responsibilities & Duties 🎯
- Develops pan-regional launch programs for new hardware, software, and accessories, including strategies, messaging, branding, and execution to enhance product awareness and engagement.
- Oversees retail merchandising strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and effective implementation.
- Leads account-specific marketing plans in collaboration with internal and external partners, covering advertising, promotions, merchandising, weekly ads, and retail.com initiatives.
- Manages project budgets and approves expenditures to meet strategic goals.
- Coordinates cross-functional teams to align creative and merchandising efforts.
- Presents marketing strategies, campaign results, and creative assets to stakeholders.
- Directs creative agencies and teams on advertising, merchandising, and culturally relevant communications.
- Manages all operational aspects of in-store interactive displays and branding at points of sale across the region.
Qualifications & Requirements ✅
- Minimum of seven years experience in online merchandising, retail marketing, or related fields within the Latin America market.
- Proven experience in team leadership.
- Strong background in product promotion, brand management, and creating marketing/promotional materials.
- Proficiency in PC skills (Windows, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Nintendo products or the video game industry is a plus.
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or similar experience.
- Bilingual abilities required (Portuguese preferred, Spanish a plus).

This role requires applicants to be legally eligible to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.
The position is based in Redmond, WA, with a hybrid schedule involving regular onsite work following division guidelines. Fully remote work is not available at this time.
The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $117,400 to $211,300 annually, a potential semi-annual discretionary bonus, and comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off. Visit our Benefits & Perks page for more details.
