We are assembling a best-in-class sales organization composed of talented go-getters. Our team manages a range of high-profile events across the US and Canada, from music festivals to conferences, beer festivals, and more. Our horizontal platform ensures no two conversations are alike, making every interaction unique. 🔹 The Challenge

As a leader within our sales team, you will:

  • Lead a team of Account Executives in the US and spearhead expansion into LATAM.
  • Drive individual and team performance, maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Develop strategic action plans and co-sell with team members on the biggest prospects.
  • Execute our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to acquire suitable creators for Eventbrite.
  • Guide proposal preparations, participate in pitches, and negotiate deals.
  • Report on team performance, successes, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with US Commercial Management and Customer Success teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and optimize regional revenue.
  • Recruit top talent and manage the performance and development of AEs and SDRs, fostering career growth and job satisfaction.

🔹 The Role

In this position, you will oversee all commercial activities and revenue goals for your team. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales for North America, you will:

  • Collaborate with marketing to build pipelines and gather key insights.
  • Provide feedback to improve processes and success metrics.
  • Motivate your team to surpass targets and excel.

🔧 The Skill Set

  • Mid-market sales experience
  • Over 5 years in sales roles
  • At least 3 years in sales leadership or management
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Proven success in SaaS, technology, or ticketing industries
  • Strong leadership: excellent communication, influence, and empathy
  • Experience managing metrics and quotas
  • A history of exceeding sales goals
  • Analytical skills to report team performance effectively

  • Experience closing deals across SMB to Enterprise levels
  • Background in ticketing or event management

💼 Additional Information

The annual base salary for this role ranges from $74,300 to $120,000 USD, supplemented by variable compensation (60/40 split) and equity opportunities.

💸 Pay Transparency

Our compensation range considers skills, experience, certifications, and organizational needs. It’s a general estimate and may vary based on geographic location and individual circumstances. We also offer incentive programs, including equity, bonuses, and commissions.

Estimated US pay range: $74,300—$133,800 USD.
