Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and guest-focused Guest Experience Manager to assist the Front Desk Director across all front office functions. Schedule Details

The Front Office Department operates 24/7, offering flexible schedules to include morning and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Serve as a front-of-house ambassador, providing warm, attentive, and personalized service to guests from arrival through their stay. 🌟
  • Assist with room blocking, special requests, and proactive resolution of guest issues.
  • Act as the primary liaison between guests, internal departments, and external partners for efficient communication.
  • Enhance the guest experience by coordinating cultural activities, social events, and tailored service offerings.
  • Support the Resort Leadership Team in optimizing workflows and sustaining high service standards.
  • Provide flexible support across the Front Office as needed to meet business demands.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
