What You Will Learn

🌟 Mission

Design and adapt all brand education content for online and offline channels, ensuring seamless deployment across all platforms. Responsible for creating ancillary materials such as questionnaires, surveys, and event support tools.

📚 Curriculum & Content (Minimum 65%)

  • Proofread and adapt DMI education content, ensuring bilingual assets are available.
  • Coordinate with DMI on education collateral needs, including conversion charts, disco lists, and swatch books.
  • Regularly update existing collateral to align with marketing campaigns, launches, and promos.
  • Manage LeCare training updates and information dissemination.
  • Update presentations for shows, events, and programs based on the program calendar, including travel for large-scale events.
  • Collaborate on developing sound, relevant, and engaging education curricula.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, voice, brand messaging, and measurable learning outcomes across platforms.
  • Lead creation of facilitator guides, learner materials, and promotional assets.

🎯 Education Support & Communication (Minimum 25%)

  • Develop communication strategies tailored to various channels to boost stylist engagement.
  • Promote all online and offline education programs internally and externally.
  • Support local stylist Facebook groups through active engagement and responses.
  • Drive engagement and maximize point redemption through educational initiatives.
  • Ensure promotion of education initiatives within all class and event programs.

🗃️ Administration & Data (10%)

  • Manage inventory of L’Oréal Academy merchandise, products, and educational materials for the country.
  • Handle surveys: send, collect, follow-up, and generate data reports.
  • Maintain an up-to-date competition report with qualitative feedback from the field.
  • Implement effective feedback mechanisms for curriculum assessment and enhancement.

Required Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

  • BS/BA Degree
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe platforms
  • Current Cosmetology license with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
  • Experience in program design and editing is preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not mandatory
