About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Machine Learning Engineer to develop scalable ML solutions focused on feature development, utterance understanding, and natural language generation across multiple languages. You'll work at the forefront of multilingual and agentic LLM technology, collaborating across teams and applying your deep expertise in large-scale ML systems.

Role Responsibilities

• 🚀 Work on state-of-the-art solutions involving agentic large language models (LLMs) and multilingual learning.
• 🧠 Understand and influence how LLMs acquire capabilities across various languages.
• ⚙️ Design and implement systems to automate multilingual data creation and filtering.
• 🌐 Develop scalable methods to fine-tune LLMs in multiple languages.
• 📝 Create automated evaluation systems for multilingual agent performance.
• 🔧 Contribute to and improve existing ML systems and infrastructure.
• 🌍 Build and deploy ML-powered products serving a global user base.
• 🤝 Coordinate with engineering and research teams to ensure alignment and high-quality outcomes.

Role Requirements

• 🎓 Master’s or PhD in Machine Learning, Computational Linguistics, or related field.
• 🛠️ 5+ years of experience in software engineering or applied machine learning.
• 🐍 Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• 🌐 Experience with large-scale ML systems, LLMs, or NLP architectures.
• 📈 Proven track record of shipping impactful ML-based products.
• 🌍 Strong understanding of multilingual datasets and cross-lingual modeling challenges.
• 💬 Excellent communication skills and cross-team collaboration experience.
• Preferred Skills:
• 🧩 Experience with agent-based architectures, LLM fine-tuning, and evaluation.
• 🌎 Background in multilingual or cross-lingual NLP.
• 🧪 Building tools for automated data generation, augmentation, or filtering.
• 📊 Familiarity with evaluation metrics for LLMs and conversational agents.
• 🗣️ Experience working with languages such as Danish, Swedish, Dutch, Vietnamese, Turkish, Chinese, Portuguese, Arabic, Finnish, Hebrew, Hindi, Malay, or Thai (desirable).
