Join Our Growing Team as a US Logistics Lead!

Exodigo is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented US Logistics Lead to manage daily logistics and warehouse operations that keep our field teams moving efficiently. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy making operations seamless, we want to hear from you! 🚛🔧

Who You’ll Work With

You will report to the US Logistics & Procurement Manager and collaborate closely with US Operations and our global teams based in Israel. Our team combines expertise from elite Israeli intelligence units and is backed by top industry partners, driving innovation and growth. 🌎🤝

What You’ll Do

Daily Warehouse & Inventory Operations

• Execute daily activities such as receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and shipping 🚚📦
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouses and staging areas 🧹⚠️
• Label and track equipment, kits, and components following company standards 🏷️
• Assist with field tests based on demand

3PL & Forward Stocking Support

• Coordinate with 3PL partners and forward stocking locations (FSL) for inbound and outbound orders 🔄
• Track service issues and escalate delays, damages, or missing items to the US Logistics & Procurement Manager 🚧
• Prepare regular status updates and performance reports 📈

Inventory Accuracy & NetSuite Updates

• Enter and update inventory transactions in NetSuite (receipts, transfers, shipments, returns) 📝
• Support cycle counts and full inventory audits; investigate discrepancies and recommend solutions 🔍
• Keep bin locations, serial numbers, and lot information accurate and current 📊

Shipping & Documentation

• Prepare shipments (domestic and international) following packing and documentation standards 📦🌍
• Ensure shipping labels, packing lists, and serial/lot lists are complete and accurate 🏷️
• Coordinate with carriers for pickups, track shipments, and address issues proactively 🚚📍

Field & Internal Stakeholder Support

• Collaborate with Operations, Project Managers, and field teams to prioritize urgent requests 🏃‍♂️🔧
• Provide clear status updates on stock, shipments, and delivery timelines 📢
• Support kitting activities and readiness for new projects and deployments 🎯

Process & Continuous Improvement (Support Role)

• Follow and uphold existing SOPs for warehouse, shipping, and inventory processes 📋
• Identify gaps or recurring issues and suggest practical improvements 🔧
• Assist in implementing new tools, labels, checklists, and workflows defined by leadership 🛠️

Requirements

• Approximately 5+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or 3PL coordination within the United States 📅
• Hands-on experience with ERP or WMS systems — NetSuite experience is a strong plus 💻
• Strong attention to detail and ownership of inventory accuracy and documentation ✅
• Comfortable working in a physical warehouse environment, including handling equipment and boxes 🏗️
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously 📋
• Clear communication skills in English; Hebrew skills are a plus 🗣️
• Practical "get-things-done" mindset — you enjoy ensuring operations run smoothly and reliably 🚀
