We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to coordinate semiconductor shipments, handle documentation, and support our supply chain operations with a dynamic, collaborative team.

Position Details 📋

• Position Title: Logistics Specialist
• Total Hours per Week: 35 hours (9am - 5pm)
• Working Style: At least 3 days in the office per week
• Hourly Pay: $27 - $35
• FLSA Status: Temporary
• Temporary Duration: Until the end of July 2026, with a possibility of conversion to a permanent role
• Reports To: Senior Director & Department Manager

Position Summary 🎯

Coordinate semiconductor shipments in accordance with customer requirements and prepare invoices and shipping documents to ensure smooth operations.

Essential Job Duties 🔧

• Coordinate semiconductor shipments according to customer specifications, and prepare invoices and shipping documents
• Prepare purchase orders, track delivery schedules, and update customers on status
• Maintain import/export compliance requirements and documentation, verify import duty rates
• Resolve customer issues related to product fulfillment and billing
• Manage accounts receivable and payable processes
• Track and prepare monthly sales, purchases, and inventory reports for semiconductors
• Monitor and maintain product inventories
• Maintain and update product websites regularly

Minimum Education Requirements 🎓

Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience

Minimum Experience & Skills 🔑

• One to two years of experience in accounting and/or import/export
• Proficiency with QuickBooks is required
• Japanese language skills are a significant plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural business environment
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
