Position Overview 🎯

We are looking for a forward-thinking Supply Chain Manager to oversee procurement, logistics, inventory, and supplier relationships. This leadership role demands a proactive individual capable of driving efficiency, ensuring compliance, and supporting our mission to improve patient outcomes through advanced tissue engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities 🔑

• Strategic Planning: Lead global supply chain strategy, sourcing raw materials for biologics and medical devices.
• Supplier Management: Qualify, evaluate, and build robust relationships with suppliers, focusing on quality assurance and regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO 13485, etc.).
• Inventory & Warehousing: Strategize inventory planning, demand forecasting, and oversee warehouse operations, especially for temperature-sensitive/high-value products.
• Logistics & Distribution: Manage international shipments and domestic distribution to clinics and healthcare providers.
• Process Improvement: Drive initiatives to reduce costs, mitigate risks, and enhance supply chain resilience.
• Collaborative Coordination: Work cross-functionally with R&D, manufacturing, quality, and sales to align activities with business goals and product launches.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs such as delivery timeliness, inventory turnover, and supplier quality; implement corrective measures proactively.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to cGMP, tissue standards, and import/export regulations.
• Leadership & Development: Lead and nurture a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Process Optimization: Utilize ERP systems, data analytics, and best practices for continuous process enhancement.

Qualifications & Requirements 🎓

• Degree: Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related; MBA or APICS/CPIM preferred.
• Experience: 6+ years in supply chain, with at least 3 years in managerial roles within biotech, medical devices, or regulated industries.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Proven experience in FDA environments, ISO 13485, supplier audits, and international sourcing.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle), Excel, and analytics tools.
• Leadership: Ability to mentor teams and deliver results in fast-paced settings.
• Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills 🚀

• Experience with cold-chain logistics or temperature-sensitive biologics.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Background in regenerative medicine, aesthetics, or tissue engineering products.
• Familiarity with multi-site or parent-subsidiary supply chain coordination (e.g., Korea-US operations).
