Responsibilities

Assist the sales team with quotes, bookings, and follow-ups

Communicate with Russian- and English-speaking clients via phone and email

Coordinate shipments with airlines, warehouses, and agents

Track cargo and provide status updates to customers

Prepare shipping documents and maintain accurate records

Support client outreach and business development efforts

Requirements

Communication in Russian and English

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional

Basic computer skills (email, Excel, data entry)

Previous logistics or sales experience is a plus, but not required

Reliable transportation to the JFK area
