Requirements & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in logistics operations (preferred)
• Familiarity with warehouse/transportation coordination, import/export procedures, and customs
• Bilingual in Korean and English required
• High school GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, customer engagement, and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling high-pressure environments
