Key Responsibilities

Trade Compliance (Import & Export Activities) & System Implementation 🛃💻

  • Oversee and support supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring full compliance with customs, duties, and local regulations.
  • Collaborate proactively with customs brokers to optimize import/export processes, manage costs, and align actions with brand strategies.
  • Partner with regional and corporate teams to standardize processes and implement new systems, including JDE E1 and Compass.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filings for duty and tax drawback, maintaining regulatory compliance.

Domestic Transportation & Non-Product Transactions 🚚📦

  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to understand and meet business needs.
  • Develop and execute transportation procedures, identifying areas for improvement to enhance service, cost-efficiency, and efficiency.
  • Arrange transportation for events, transfers, and other activities to meet deadlines.
  • Monitor operational procedures for market compliance, including inventory accuracy and transfers, collaborating with Retail Operations.
  • Analyze logistics KPIs (costs, delivery times, storage) to optimize rates and service quality.
  • Support special projects and new system implementations as needed.

Inbound & Outbound Shipments & Invoices 📥📤

  • Implement controls to ensure accurate stock management and warehouse coordination.
  • Manage relationships with warehouse and freight providers, optimizing delivery schedules and verifying invoices.
  • Handle shipment documentation, including pro-forma invoices, shipment conditions, and discrepancy resolution.

Retail Data Administration & Support 🛍️📝

  • Record stock movements accurately across systems, including stock reconciliations and inventory checks.
  • Coordinate price changes and support stock rebalancing activities.
  • Assist retail teams with merchandise transfers, event communications, and packing instructions.
  • Ensure logistics solutions meet brand expectations cost-effectively, including support for High Jewelry events.

Additional Logistics Responsibilities 📋

  • Coordinate daily shipment activities with vendors, couriers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Track and update shipment data, including weights, dimensions, and status.
  • Prepare customs declarations and documentation for cross-border shipments.
  • Archive shipping records systematically for reference and compliance purposes.
  • Coordinate after-sale shipping, repairs, and warranty-related shipments, preparing necessary agreements.
  • Participate in duties, taxes monitoring, permit applications, and post-clearance inspections.
  • Support contract and invoice preparations for international shipments.

Qualifications & Requirements 🎓

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail logistics.
  • Experience with international logistics, freight, and CITES regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
