Position Overview 🎯

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Logistics Coordinator based in Queens, New York. In this role, you will oversee daily dispatch activities, coordinate shipments, and ensure deliveries are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities 🔑

• Coordinate daily dispatch operations for our fleet 🚛
• Monitor vehicle routes, delivery statuses, and arrival times 📍
• Communicate effectively with drivers and clients to meet operational needs 🗣️
• Maintain accurate records, shipment logs, and documentation 📋
• Organize and distribute operational data and reports 📊

Qualifications & Skills ✅

• Fluent in English (Chinese ability is preferred) 🌐
• Prior experience in logistics, dispatching, e-commerce, or sales is a plus 💼
• Entry-level candidates are welcome; comprehensive training will be provided 🎓
