Position Details

• Location: Northridge, CA
• Type: Full-time, On-site
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Reports to: Logistics Manager

Role Overview 🎯

The Logistics Coordinator will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of product shipments, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance. This role involves supervising shipments, scheduling routes, tracking orders, collaborating with warehouse teams, and maintaining accurate records. Strong analytical skills and supply chain expertise are essential to succeed in this position.

Key Responsibilities 📦🚛

• Coordinate and monitor shipments from production to the end-user
• Schedule daily and weekly delivery routes
• Track orders using systems like barcodes and tracking software
• Collaborate with Warehouse for proper storage and distribution
• Ensure proper filing of shipping documents
• Maintain organized records of shipments and orders
• Ensure compliance with company policies and shipping regulations
• Sourcing new projects or manufacturers
• Coordinate manufacturer communications
• Manage and order branded packaging supplies
• Stay updated on safety regulations
• Assist the Logistics Manager and support other departments

Knowledge & Skills 🧠📝

• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management
• Experience with order preparation and tracking
• Familiarity with logistics software such as Freightview and 3PLink
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
