📝 Job Responsibilities
Documentation Management
- Prepare, review, and maintain all shipping and receiving documents (BOLs, packing lists, invoices, PODs, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory documentation standards
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for logistics records
Communication & Coordination
- Serve as the main contact between the warehouse team and customers regarding logistics documentation and updates
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to track shipments, resolve discrepancies, and provide timely status updates
- Support issue resolution by escalating and following up on documentation errors, delivery exceptions, or claims
Invoicing & Financial Support
- Generate, verify, and process logistics-related invoices aligned with contractual agreements
- Communicate billing details effectively with customers and finance teams
- Assist in resolving billing discrepancies, payments, and claims processes
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2+ years in logistics coordination, supply chain operations, or customer service (warehousing experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP/WMS familiarity is a plus
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred bilingual abilities in Korean
