Sanhua is seeking a dynamic Bilingual Logistics Coordinator to enhance our customer experience and streamline our logistics operations in Houston.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will drive customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining comprehensive product knowledge. Your high energy and strategic approach will ensure excellent service and timely delivery of client orders. Internally, you will serve as a vital link between our warehouse and production teams.

Your mission is to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of customer orders while providing prompt updates and feedback. We’re looking for someone with a customer-first mindset who strives to deliver high-quality service in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer communications 📞📧 – Answer calls and emails, addressing questions, requests, and issues.
• Consult on customer success 💼 – Advise clients on how to best leverage our products and services based on their specific needs.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues 🤝 – Address concerns with effective solutions and maintain a positive attitude.
• Maintain product knowledge 📚 – Act as a product expert, providing accurate and strategic information to customers.
• Track interactions in CRM/ERP 💻 – Record customer interactions to facilitate cross-functional awareness and relationship growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• MUST be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 3+ years of proven experience supporting client success.
• Experience in purchase order and sales order processing and tracking.
• Familiarity with invoicing, packing slips, and bill of lading preparation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills ✍️🗣️
• Strong time-management and prioritization skills ⏰
• Sense of urgency and proactive attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 💻
• Knowledge of WMS and ERP systems.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be located in Houston, TX, or surrounding areas.
