As our Logistics Coordinator, you will be the \"nerve center\" of our operations. You'll bridge internal teams, global vendors, and retail partners, ensuring that our products reach customers on time—every time.

Key Responsibilities 📋

• Global Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for warehouses, vendors, and partners across Asia, leveraging fluency in Mandarin.
• End-to-End Oversight: Manage customer routing, shipment progress, and proactively update stakeholders with ETAs.
• Strategic Optimization: Identify supply chain bottlenecks and implement cost-saving strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Data & Documentation: Process Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists, maintaining 100% data integrity within ERP systems and Excel tracking reports.
• Problem Solving: Quickly resolve freight claims, shipment delays, and discrepancies to minimize operational disruptions.
• Reporting: Deliver regular performance reports and logistics insights to senior management.

What You Bring to the Table 🎯

• Bilingual Fluency: Professional proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years in Retail Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transportation roles.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and experience with ERP and EDI platforms.
• Freight Knowledge: Familiarity with LTL, FTL, Ocean, and Air freight procedures.
