🔍 Job Responsibilities

• Manage and process all damage-related claims, including finished goods and raw materials in warehouses.
• Identify, investigate, and document damages related to handling, transportation, storage, and production.
• Coordinate claim resolutions with internal departments such as production, logistics, quality, warehouse, and finance.
• Prepare and submit claim documentation to relevant parties including vendors, carriers, and internal teams.
• Track the status of claims, monitor recovery progress, and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain detailed claim records and develop periodic reports on damage and claims trends.
• Support internal audits and ensure compliance with damage and claim management standards.

🎓 Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean
• Minimum of 1 year experience in claim management, quality control, logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing operations
• Hands-on experience handling product or material damage cases in manufacturing or plant environments
• Strong investigation, documentation, and cross-functional coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple claims concurrently
• Proficiency in MS Excel

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within manufacturing plants handling finished goods and raw materials
• Familiarity with internal claim processes, vendor claims, and insurance procedures
• Experience collaborating with external suppliers, carriers, or insurance providers
