Job Details

  • Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm (On-site) 🕗
  • Contract Duration: 1 year ⏳
  • Pay Rate: $24 – $28/hr DOE 💰

Qualifications 📋

  • Entry level or less than 3 years of experience in logistics operations, sales support, or business development support
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or related field 🎓
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Korean 🗣️📝
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to expand knowledge of the logistics industry

Key Responsibilities 🚀

1. Management Reporting & Leadership Support

  • Prepare reports and performance summaries for management review 📊
  • Support Group/Sales Team Leaders in daily administrative tasks and strategic initiatives
  • Assist in tracking performance data and generating business reports

2. Pricing Support & Inquiry Handling

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding service status and general requests 💬
  • Support the preparation of freight rate quotations and pricing proposals under sales lead guidance
  • Handle rate documentation and contract filing administrative tasks

3. Inside Sales Support & Database Management

  • Maintain relationship with existing and potential customers through follow-up communications
  • Manage and update CRM systems and sales databases for accuracy
  • Monitor sales pipeline and update lead status accordingly

4. Customer Service & Internal Coordination

  • Follow up on customer complaints and coordinate resolutions 🛠️
  • Ensure timely internal communication to resolve operational issues
  • Assist with sales order and shipment processing administrative tasks

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Facilitate communication between Sales and Operations teams
  • Collaborate with Pricing, Legal, and Finance teams on contracts
  • Support new business implementations and departmental projects

6. Sales Documentation & Profitability Analysis

  • Assist in preparing sales materials, proposals, and presentations 📈
  • Support Excel data tasks such as P&L simulations and profitability analysis
  • Help compile data for margin and pricing evaluations

7. Market Research & Admin Support

  • Conduct industry trend research and identify potential clients 🔍
  • Assist with business development activities and client meetings

8. Process Improvement & Operational Support

  • Provide daily operational support to enhance workflow efficiency
  • Contribute to initiatives improving service productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting as needed
  • Perform other relevant duties as required
