🔑 Responsibilities

• Customer Focus & Negotiation: Demonstrate strong customer orientation and negotiation skills.
• Logistics Expertise: Possess background in import logistics, global import operations, and Customs Compliance.
• Operational Planning: Develop and maintain operational plans aligning with business and customer requirements.
• Pricing & Freight Management: Provide freight pricing for ocean, air, and trucking with carriers and 3rd party logistics providers.
• Standard Operating Procedures: Maintain SOPs/Work Instructions and ensure compliance with operational best practices.
• Regulatory Compliance: Develop and enforce SOPs to adhere to local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with carriers, vendors, and internal teams; resolve freight issues promptly.
• Performance Monitoring: Review KPIs regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Company Policies: Follow company work hours, policies, procedures, and professional conduct rules.
• Reporting & Additional Duties: Perform ad-hoc reports and other job-related responsibilities as needed.

🎯 Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in freight forwarding or logistics industry (Ocean/Air Carrier).
• Warehouse Experience: WMS experience preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Proficient in Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Organization & Attention to Detail: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Bilingual Skills: Korean and English preferred.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Communication Skills: Great interpersonal skills; able to communicate openly and effectively.
• Work Ethic & Under Pressure: Able to work well under pressure with a strong sense of urgency.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

💰 Compensation

Hourly Rate: $25.00 - $32.00
