Task Description
- Data Entry & Coordination: Manage COGAT approvals via the UN 2720 Portal, coordinate with stakeholders, maintain records, and follow up until approvals are received.
- Data Analysis & Forecasting: Collect and analyze technical data to forecast supply chain operational needs and propose evidence-based solutions.
- Supply Chain Strengthening: Support the efficiency of commodity management activities—handling, storage, packaging, transportation, cold chains, and regulatory compliance.
- Delivery Monitoring: Track the status of local Purchase Orders, coordinate with Procurement, and plan inbound and outbound logistics.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on inventory, incoming goods, stock levels, and distribution activities.
- Additional Duties: Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Logistics, Inventory Management, IT, Procurement, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience
- At least three years of progressively responsible experience in supply chain or data management, preferably within the UN system or INGOs.
- Strong typing skills with proficiency in data entry software, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and effective time management.
Languages
Fluent in English and Arabic. Knowledge of Hebrew is desirable.
