Job Description

• Develop logistics operation plans aligned with production schedules
• Forecast logistics resource requirements based on volume fluctuations
• Analyze operational data and KPIs to enhance logistics efficiency
• Support process improvements to scale with increased production
• Prepare planning reports and performance dashboards

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English & Korean
• Minimum of 5 years experience in logistics planning, supply chain management, or operations planning
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation abilities
• Experience in a manufacturing or production-driven environment
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in plant logistics planning
• Supervisory-level experience
• Experience managing KPIs and performance reporting
