Pay Rate: $31/hr DOE

Work Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 (subject to change)

Bilingual Requirement: Korean required

Job Responsibilities

• 🔍 Monitor and manage the entire process of product movement via air and land/trucking transportation channels.
• 📦 Track shipments across different channels and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for the supply chain function.
• 🤝 Maintain daily communication with customers, carriers, and internal staff to ensure smooth operations.
• 📝 Support logistics procedures in accordance with company policies to achieve team goals.
• 💼 Keep accurate records of all logistics transactions and ensure easy access and proper storage.
• ⚙️ Analyze corporate logistics to identify the most cost-effective transportation methods.
• 🤝 Coordinate with site managers and colleagues to facilitate effective operations.
• 📊 Perform ad-hoc reporting as needed and perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications

• 🎓 Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 🎯 5+ years of experience in the logistics industry, including freight forwarding and strategic planning
• 🧠 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 🗂️ Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and details
• 😊 Positive attitude with a customer service focus
• 💻 Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• 🌟 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• ⚡ Ability to work well under pressure and with a sense of urgency
• 🚀 Strong work ethic
• 🈳 Bilingual Korean required
• ✈️ Ability to travel up to 10% within the U.S.
