Join Our Team as a Logistics Coordinator 🚚

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive logistics professional to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations across air and land transportation channels.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor & Manage: Oversee the entire product movement process via air and land/trucking transportation.
• Track Shipments: Keep tabs on shipments across different channels to ensure timely deliveries.
• Report KPIs: Provide regular updates on Key Performance Indicators for the Supply Chain function.
• Coordinate Daily: Liaise daily with customers, carriers, and internal teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Support Logistics Procedures: Assist in executing logistics policies to meet team goals.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all logistics-related transactions.
• Problem Resolution: Monitor and resolve discrepancies or issues within transportation and logistics systems.
• Documentation: Keep essential account documentation up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Cost Analysis: Analyze logistics processes to identify cost-effective transportation methods.
• Coordination: Work with site managers and team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Ad-hoc Reporting: Perform special reports as necessary.
• Additional Duties: Undertake other job-related responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience: 0 to 5+ years in the logistics industry, including freight forwarding and strategic planning.
• Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Attitude: Positive mindset with a customer-focused approach to resolving issues.
• Technical Proficiency: Highly skilled in Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills with an ability to collaborate effectively.
• Work Ethic: Ability to work well under pressure with a strong sense of urgency.
• Language: Korean bilingual is required.
• Travel: Ability to travel up to 10% within the U.S.
• Schedule: Flexibility to work occasional night shifts if needed.
