Position: Board-Certified Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Physician

Join our established outpatient practice serving a predominantly geriatric population in Brooklyn, NY. This full-time locums-to-permanent role focuses on patient-centered, value-based care, with no inpatient responsibilities and a predictable weekday schedule.

🌟 Position Highlights

• Compensation: $150 Per Hour
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Setting: Outpatient (no inpatient responsibilities)
• Care Model: Value-based care
• Patient Population: Primarily geriatric, expanding to Internal Medicine (18+)
• Patient Volume: Manageable census of 7-10 patients per day
• Language Skills: Spanish speaking preferred
• Temp to Perm: Transition within 3-6 months
• Credentials: Expedited credentialing process

🎯 Requirements

• Degree: MD or DO
• Certification: Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Licensing: Active New York State medical license or eligibility
• Provider IDs: Medicare and Medicaid Provider ID required
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment: Strong dedication to high-quality, patient-centered care
