🔑 Position Highlights

• Compensation: $150 Per Hour 💵
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ⏰
• Setting: Outpatient (no inpatient responsibilities) 🏥
• Care Model: Value-based care 🌟
• Patient Population: Primarily geriatric, expanding to Internal Medicine (18+) 👴👵
• Patient Volume: Manageable census of 7–10 patients per day 📝
• Language Preference: Spanish speaking preferred 🗣️
• Potential: Temp to Perm opportunity 🔄

📝 Requirements

• Degree: MD or DO 🎓
• Certification: Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics 🏅
• Licensing: Active New York State medical license or eligibility ✅
• Provider IDs: Medicare and Medicaid Provider ID required 🆔
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 🗣️🤝
