Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to our members with professionalism and courtesy at all times.
• Handle requests seamlessly via telephone and email in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, focusing on reservations, gift organization, tickets (sports, cultural), spa/fitness, yachting, flowers, transport, sight-seeing, and more for premium cardholders.
• Manage requests efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met while offering a wide array of quality options to maximize conversion.
• Stay current with all lifestyle trends relevant to the APAC market.
• Promote sales of exclusive promotions and events proactively.
• Propose personalized lifestyle suggestions to maximize member satisfaction and value.
• Research the best options to exceed each member’s lifestyle expectations.
• Maintain a positive attitude daily, supporting members with solutions-focused assistance.
