Key Responsibilities
- Provide polite and professional service to our members at all times
- Design requests via telephone and email mainly in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English — including restaurant/club reservations, gift organization, tickets (sports, cultural), spa/fitness bookings, yachting, flowers, transport, sightseeing, tailored for premium cardholders
- Manage requests within agreed deadlines, offering a range of options and fully engaging with members to maximize bookings
- Stay updated on Lifestyle trends within the APAC market
- Actively promote exclusive events and special offers
- Proactively suggest personalized lifestyle options to enhance member satisfaction
- Research and recommend the best options to meet and exceed members’ lifestyle expectations
- Approach your daily tasks with a positive, solution-oriented, and supportive attitude
