About the Role
To complement our APAC team in Hong Kong, we are looking for a Mandarin & Cantonese-speaking Luxury Lifestyle Manager in the area of Luxury Lifestyle Management.
If you have a proven background in luxury hospitality or Lifestyle Concierge, with extensive knowledge of high-end travel, leisure products, and worldwide destinations, and possess outstanding sales and customer service skills, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities
- Provide polite and professional service to our members at all times 😊
- Handle requests via phone and email in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, including restaurant and club reservations, gift organization, tickets (sports, cultural), spa/fitness bookings, yacht charters, flowers, transportation, and sightseeing 🎟️
- Manage requests within agreed deadlines, presenting options to maximize conversion and satisfaction 📅
- Stay informed about lifestyle trends within the APAC market 🌏
- Actively promote promotions and exclusive events 🎉
- Proactively suggest tailored lifestyle experiences to enhance member value 💡
- Research and recommend the best options to exceed member expectations 🔍
- Approach your daily work with positivity, problem-solving, and supportiveness 🤗
