To complement our APAC team in Hong Kong, we are seeking a Mandarin & Cantonese-speaking Luxury Lifestyle Manager specialized in Luxury Lifestyle Management. If you have a strong background in luxury hospitality or lifestyle concierge, with extensive knowledge of high-end travel destinations and products, and possess outstanding sales and customer service skills, we want to hear from you! 🚀

Key Responsibilities

• Provide polite and professional service to our members at all times
• Design and manage requests via telephone and email mainly in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English – including restaurant/club reservations, gift organization, tickets (sports, cultural events), spa/fitness, yacht bookings, flowers, transport, and sightseeing for premium cardholders
• Manage requests within agreed deadlines, offering excellent options and engaging fully with members to maximize booking conversions
• Stay updated on all lifestyle trends within the APAC market
• Actively promote promotions and exclusive events
• Proactively suggest tailored lifestyle options to members to enhance their experience
• Research and deliver the best options to meet or exceed the lifestyle needs of members
• Approach your work with a positive, solution-oriented, and supportive attitude
