Remote — Must hold an active Maryland license.

🕒 Schedule & Hours

• Availability: 22–36 hours per week
• Part-time: Up to 22 sessions
• Full-time: Up to 36 sessions

Preferred Hours: Weekdays 2 PM–9 PM | Weekend availability a plus

💰 Compensation

Hourly Range: $45–$65 per billable hour (based on license level)

🧩 What You'll Do

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy via secure telehealth
• Conduct comprehensive intakes and assessments
• Develop culturally responsive, client-centered treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EHR
• Support families with education, tools, and ongoing care coordination

💸 Compensation & Benefits

• $45–$65 per billable hour (based on license)

✅ Qualifications

• Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Experience serving children, teens, and families
• Commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed care
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
