Saffron & Sage, a holistic wellness clinic hosting multi-sensory experiential events across San Diego, is seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to support our high-standard boutique practice. About the Role

As an integral part of our team, you'll ensure smooth operations, deliver quality service, and contribute to our mission of helping clients look and feel their best. Training will be provided; prior massage experience is required. The ideal candidate maintains a positive attitude, demonstrates accountability, and excels in communication with patients and team members.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Provide exceptional massage therapy services including modalities such as lymphatic drainage, acupressure, craniosacral, deep tissue, Thai, sports, Swedish, and more 👐
• Deliver a variety of spa treatments to enhance client relaxation and well-being 🧖‍♀️
• Maintain accurate documentation and client files to ensure seamless record-keeping 📁
• Create and sustain a clean, inviting, and therapeutic environment for clients and staff 🌸
• Respond proactively to customer inquiries, needs, and feedback ☎️
• Promote retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth 🛍️
• Follow hygiene and safety protocols to uphold health standards ✅
• Coordinate with administration and report any arising issues promptly 📝

Qualifications & Skills

• Hands-on experience in massage techniques and face/body therapies 💆‍♂️
• Sales experience is considered an asset 💼
• Excellent command of English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus 🇪🇸
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills 🗣️
• Positive attitude and grounded energy 🌟
