About the Role

We’re seeking a caring and professional Massage Therapist to serve Medicaid clients in Aurora and nearby areas (within approximately 30 minutes’ drive). This role offers an opportunity to grow within a mission-driven healthcare agency and establish a steady, meaningful practice. No prior experience with individuals with disabilities is required—just the willingness to learn and connect. 🌟

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to client residences and provide tailored therapeutic massage sessions
• Use techniques such as deep tissue, ROM (range of motion), compressions, reflexology, feather touch, and more
• Maintain accurate session documentation in Therap (training provided)
• Communicate respectfully with clients, families, and the Alegra team
• Follow agency guidelines and uphold professional standards of care

Requirements

• Valid Colorado Massage Therapy License
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 30 minutes between clients
• Ability to work independently with professionalism
• Compassionate, patient, and personable demeanor

Preferred (Not Required)

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
