Overview

We seek an expert in French insurance laws and regulations to ensure our content is accurate, compliant, and reflective of the French insurance landscape. This is a part-time, long-term engagement perfect for professionals passionate about maintaining high standards in insurance information.

Responsibilities

• Review French Glossary Pages: Evaluate translated or adapted pages from our English encyclopedia, flagging any inaccurate terminology, missing regulatory context, or inconsistencies with French market realities such as the Code des assurances, ACPR guidance, and AMF rules.
• Spot-Check Published Pages: Examine comparison and review pages related to mortgage protection (assurance emprunteur), supplementary health (mutuelle santé), auto, and professional liability (RC pro) for compliance risks, regulatory inaccuracies, and product-mechanic errors.
• Risk & Compliance Flags: Identify and flag any language sensitive to DGCCRF regulations, personalized advice claims, or unsubstantiated savings claims, ensuring editorial integrity and compliance.
