We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to members, attorneys, and associates. This role involves managing inbound calls, assisting with membership information, and ensuring smooth communication across various channels. 📝 Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service through quality inbound phone interactions
- Maintain a maximum average call handle time of 6 ½ minutes
- Handle at least 7 inbound calls per hour
- Use up to 30 minutes in Follow-Up status to manage ongoing inquiries
- Gather membership information and input into the TVC personal portal accurately
- Update member files to reflect interactions precisely
- Explain procedures clearly to ensure proper completion of paperwork
- Support translation and communication for bilingual positions
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Complete training modules (KnowBe4, Lessonly, Virtual, Instructor-Led)
- Maintain prompt and effective communication with management via email, Teams, and calls
- Notify Supervisor prior to shifts for unplanned leave or emergencies
- Maintain good attendance and availability during scheduled shifts
- Submit leave requests at least 6 days in advance
- Stay informed about TVC Pro-Driver policies, services, and procedures
🎓 Experience & Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required (or relevant work experience)
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Proficient in MS Office, data entry applications, and internet searches
- Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
🔧 Skills & Physical Demands
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including telephone etiquette and active listening
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable with virtual communication tools (email, instant messaging, calls)
- Familiarity with legal terminology is a plus
- Specific vision abilities required, including close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
